Following the successful groundwork laid during our initial session, the Digital Security Authority (DSA), in collaboration with ENISA, invites you to the second workshop dedicated to the finalization of the Cyber Crisis Management Plan of the Republic of Cyprus.
As we move closer to full alignment with the NIS 2 Directive, this second phase shifts from theoretical mapping to practical integration. Your expertise remains vital as we transition from identifying gaps to codifying the national response framework.
In this session, participants will focus on:
- Refining the Framework: Reviewing the drafted national cyber security model and legal frameworks based on Phase I feedback.
- Operational Deep-Dive: Finalizing coordination protocols across strategic, political, operational, and technical levels.
- Validation of Mechanisms: Testing the proposed escalation thresholds and activation structures against real-world scenarios.
- Advanced Tabletop Simulation: A high-intensity exercise designed to stress-test the draft plan and ensure seamless inter-agency communication.
Organizations are invited to nominate up to three representatives.
