The Cyprus Computer Society (CCS) and The Office of the Commissioner of Communications – Digital Security Authority are delighted to invite you to a networking event, “Creating Synergies: Advancing Gender Diversity and Inclusion in Information and Communication Technology.”

This event aims to bring together existing women in technology groups aiming to showcase their activities and identify ways that all groups can come together. We aim at bringing together professionals, students, and advocates, and foster collaborations between industry, academia, and the wider community.

The evening will feature short presentations from the organisers and various women networks, followed by a networking reception, where attendees can engage with various initiatives, explore opportunities, and exchange ideas in a welcoming environment.

This event is co-organized by:
• CCS-Women, an newly launched initiative of the Cyprus Computer Society, whose vision is “to serve as a beacon creating synergies and advocating gender diversity and inclusion in the ICT landscape in Cyprus and beyond” The CCS is a professional, scientific, and independent non-profit organization, founded in 1984 with the aim of developing, upgrading and promoting the IT sector in Cyprus.
• The Office of the Commissioner of Communications – Digital Security Authority as the designated National Cybersecurity Coordination Centre (NCC-CY) of Cyprus whose vision is “to make Cyprus a pioneer in the field of Cybersecurity services, while ensuring a reliable and protected cyberspace for businesses and the wider civil society, taking into account that the future of cybersecurity is equal, innovative and inclusive”
